AXA Mansard Insurance Plc loses Non-Executive Director

Melina Cotlar, a Non-Executive Director at AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, has stepped down from the Board. Her resignation takes effect from 29 May.

Ms Cotlar received the go-ahead to join the board as a Non-Executive Director on 6 April 2023.

The insurance company made the announcement about her resignation in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

During her time at the company, she was part of the Board Technical and Risk Management Committee.

The insurance company expressed appreciation for Ms. Melina Cotlar's contributions. "The Board and Management of the Company commend Ms. Melina Cotlar for her positive contribution and service to the growth of the Company during her tenure on the Board," they said.
