EFCC seeks three suspects for fraud in Nigeria and UK

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is looking for a foreigner and two other people over claims of financial crimes. These include getting money through false pretenses and breaching trust.

This information was shared in two notices released on Tuesday by Dele Oyewale, the EFCC's Head of Media and Publicity.

In the first notice, the Commission named Emeka Iheanacho, 48, as wanted for allegedly obtaining money by false pretenses and converting funds illegally.

The EFCC said, "The public is hereby notified that Emeka Iheanacho, whose photograph appears above, is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in an alleged case of obtaining money by false pretence and criminal conversion of funds."

Iheanacho is from Abia State. His last known address is 17 Woodland Rise, Chilmington Green, Ashford, Kent, TN23 8AR, United Kingdom.

The EFCC asked anyone with useful information about his whereabouts to report to any of its zonal offices across the country. They can also call 08093322644, email [[[email protected]](https://punchng.com/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection)](mailto:[[email protected]](https://punchng.com/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection)), or go to the nearest police station or security agency.

In a second notice, the EFCC announced that Ogadima Duru, 39, and Khalidur Talukder are also wanted for similar reasons. They are accused of obtaining money by false pretenses and breaching trust.

The Commission stated, "The public is hereby notified that the persons whose photographs appear below are wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for alleged cases of obtaining money by false pretence and criminal breach of trust."

Duru's last known address is Suite 2A, Lapal House, 235 Igbosere Road, Lagos Island, Lagos State. Talukder is reported to live at Devonshire House, 1 Mayfair Place, London W1J 8AJ, United Kingdom.

The EFCC ended by urging the public to help in capturing these suspects.
