Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has criticized Nigeria's First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu. He said she has not responded well to the kidnapping of schoolchildren in Oyo State.
Last Tuesday, the First Lady gave cars to women leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in five states controlled by the opposition.
According to The Cable, Mrs Tinubu announced the donation during the launch of the Tinubu Torchbearers (TTB). This support group is aimed at promoting Tinubu and the event took place at the State House banquet hall in Abuja.
The recipients are APC women leaders from Abia, Anambra, Bauchi, Osun, and Oyo states.
The First Lady mentioned that the cars would be delivered before the week ends. She also said the vehicles would belong to the beneficiaries, not to the party, the newspaper reported.
On Friday, Primate Ayodele shared his prophecies and said that Mrs Tinubu's actions might lead to the president losing the election.
In a video shared on his Facebook page, Primate Ayodele said if no one else would tell her the truth, he would.
"I don’t know why Mummy Tinubu is doing this. You gathered women. You didn’t do what Jonathan’s wife did. Why can’t you pretend to? You didn’t campaign for these children to be brought back. Instead, you are only talking about vehicles for states."
"Mama Tinubu, you will make Tinubu lose. You will lose this election if you are not careful, because you don’t care for these children. Be careful. Nigerians are not happy, and you are campaigning," he said.
