Talstack is growing its people management platform with the launch of Time Off. This new leave management tool helps companies handle leave requests, see workforce status, simplify approvals, and ensure compliance.
This launch is part of Talstack’s effort to develop a bigger AI-enabled Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The system will cover everything from hiring and onboarding to when employees leave.
The Talstack platform already includes Performance Management and Learning features. This lets companies set and track goals, align priorities, conduct 360-degree reviews and appraisals, gather ongoing feedback from coworkers, and provide training through a ready-made content library or their own materials.
The Time Off module is designed to replace the spreadsheets, emails, and forms that are often used to manage employee leave. This includes vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.
Talstack says employees will be able to submit and track their leave requests and see their available leave balances. Managers can review requests and keep track of team coverage more easily. Administrators can also set leave policies based on their company’s needs.
Every request, approval, and balance update will be recorded in one place. This helps with compliance, clearer reporting, and better records for internal reviews and audits.
Seni Sulyman, Co-Founder and CEO of Talstack, said, "With each new product we build at Talstack, we spend countless hours with users to deeply understand where existing platforms fall short. Whether you track leave requests manually, use spreadsheets or HR software, Talstack’s Time Off module will likely surpass your expectations for its simplicity and ease of use."
The Time Off feature will be available from 27 August 2026.
