Tinubu to Speak to Nigerians on Independence Day

President Bola Tinubu will talk to the nation on Thursday, 1 October 2026, at 7 a.m. This is to celebrate Nigeria’s 66th Independence anniversary.

All TV and radio stations, as well as other electronic media, should join the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria for the broadcast.
