The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board has announced the names of successful candidates from the November 2025 recruitment test. This test was done through an Online Computer-Based Test.
The announcement came from the Board's Secretary, Abdulmalik Jibril, a retired major general, on Saturday in Abuja.
The agencies involved in this recruitment are the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Nigerian Correctional Service, the Federal Fire Service, the Nigeria Immigration Service, and the board itself.
Mr Jibril stated that those who passed the 2024/2025 paramilitary recruitment will now proceed to the next stage. This stage includes physical screening and document verification.
Applicants who participated in the online test in November 2025 can check their status on the board’s official recruitment portal at https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng from June 15 to June 20.
“Applicants need to log in using the application number they got during registration,” he said.
Shortlisted candidates must upload their credentials and choose a date and venue for their physical screening.
The Secretary urged all applicants to follow the instructions on the portal carefully.
He emphasized that the recruitment process is completely free. No applicant should pay anyone for help with shortlisting, selecting venues, uploading documents, or accessing the screening venue.
“The public should ignore fake recruitment messages, fraudulent links, and unauthorized individuals claiming to represent the board,” he added.
“Remember that all official updates will be shared through the CDCFIB recruitment portal and other approved channels,” he said.
Mr Jibril reassured Nigerians that the board is dedicated to making sure the recruitment process is fair, transparent, and based on merit, following all the necessary rules.
