Business School Netherlands (BSN) Nigeria has celebrated the graduation of 82 new Action Learning MBA holders. The event took place on Saturday, 26 September 2026, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This graduation marks a special moment for the graduates and the school.
With this latest class, BSN Nigeria now has about 1,156 Action Learning MBA graduates. The total BSN Nigeria community has grown to over 2,343 members. This shows how the institution is making a big impact on professional learning, leadership growth, and transformation in organizations.
The ceremony focused on the graduates' hard work, academic success, and their commitment to using what they learned to solve real-world problems. For these 82 professionals, it was the end of a tough journey that mixed management training, research, reflection, and practical problem-solving.
BSN’s Action Learning method puts real business challenges at the center of learning. Participants grow their leadership skills by asking tough questions, checking their beliefs, working with others, and taking smart actions. This method helps graduates link strategic thinking to real-life implementation. It also allows them to evaluate the practical outcomes of their choices.
Prof Lere Baale, Chief Executive of BSN Nigeria, praised the graduates for their hard work and determination. He urged them to use their degrees to build stronger organizations, lead ethically, and contribute positively to society. He pointed out that the true value of an MBA shows in the quality of a graduate’s decisions, how they help others grow, and their ability to make lasting improvements.
The expanding network of around 1,156 Nigerian Action Learning MBA graduates is a strong community of professionals who share a commitment to learning through action. Together with the larger BSN Nigeria community of more than 2,343 members, this creates chances for ongoing learning, mentorship, collaboration, and sharing of real experiences.
The graduation event included an inspiring speech by His Excellency, Ambassador Dr Mohammed Idris Haidara, Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Netherlands. His presence made the celebration of Nigerian success in BSN’s global community even more special.
Dr Olumide Ajayi, a director at BSN Nigeria, also encouraged the MBA graduates to keep transforming their organizations. He reminded them that they need to stay competitive in the market, ending with the phrase, “Nigeria no deycarry last.”
Dr Olubunmi Fatungase, the valedictorian, also gave an inspiring speech, adding to the memorable day for the graduates.
BSN Nigeria thanked its faculty, lecturers, examiners, Action Learning Coaches, and Set Advisors for their support and dedication to the graduates. They also acknowledged the hard work of BSN Nigeria staff and the international team who helped make the learning journey and the ceremony a success.
The institution expressed gratitude to the families, employers, and colleagues who supported the graduates as they balanced their studies with work and personal life.
