Four teams have made it to the semi-finals of the 2026 NBBF/Zenith Bank Women’s Basketball League. They finished their group stage matches at the Final Eight in Lagos.

ASO SKY Queens and MFM both secured their spots from Group A. They each won two games in their first two matches. In Group B, Nigeria Customs and First Bank also achieved this to join the final four.

ASO SKY Queens surprised many by finishing second in the Savannah Conference. They ended up behind Nigeria Customs after the group’s two phases. They started strong with a 55-36 win over Titans and followed it up with a 53-30 victory against Bayelsa Blue Whales.

MFM, who have won the league twice, also had two wins from two games. They beat Bayelsa Blue Whales 69-35 in their first match on Tuesday. They then defeated Titans in their second game to confirm their semi-final spot.

In Group B, First Bank, who have won the title a record nine times, kicked off their campaign with a 68-57 win against Victoria Queens. They followed that with a 54-39 victory over Air Warriors to secure their place in the semi-finals.

Nigeria Customs started their Final Eight with a 55-41 win over rivals Air Warriors. They then cruised past debutants Victoria Queens with a 61-26 victory, sealing their spot in the last four.

On Thursday, the group winners will be decided. Nigeria Customs will face First Bank at 2 pm. MFM will take on ASO SKY Queens at 4 pm. Earlier matches include Titans against Bayelsa Blue Whales at 10 am, and Air Warriors meeting Victoria Queens at 2 pm.
