The brother of the famous music group, P-Square, Henry Okoye, has doubts about whether his younger brothers, Peter and Paul Okoye, will ever reconcile. He believes their long-standing fight may have damaged their relationship beyond repair.
Henry shared his thoughts during a chat with social commentator Jos Connection at their father's home in Plateau State on Friday. He talked about the recent issues between the Okoye brothers and said while Peter has tried to mend things, he is not hopeful that the twins will go back to how they used to be.
He called on Paul to end the feud with Peter. He reminded Paul of the support Peter gave him when he was in the hospital.
"Peter is trying, I don’t know if Jude used juju on Paul because he was the nicest person in the family before. But the way he changed is surprising. What is happening now is my prayer. I watched all Peter’s series on what transpired."
Henry said, "They promised me 20 per cent when they start making money. Jude intervened and dismissed that. I challenged him that he wasn’t there when we started everything but now chasing everybody away from them."
He expressed that he would be happy if the brothers made up but still has doubts about it happening. "I will be happy for them to come back together but I don’t think it will happen. Paul was a very kind person," he said.
Henry recalled a past incident where Peter had told him to speak to Jude after his wife's father died, saying Jude was holding his money.
"When Peter’s wife’s dad died, I spoke to them why they left only me in Jos, Peter said I should meet Jude, he’s the one holding my money. I want all the family to come back. I have tried my best. Even Shehu Dantata spoke to them and they didn’t listen," he said.
He urged Jude to help fix the family by settling the issues among the brothers. Henry also asked Paul to forgive Peter, reminding him that Peter covered his hospital bills when he was sick.
This situation comes amid an ongoing feud between Peter, Paul, and their older brother, Jude, who used to manage P-Square. The fight between Peter and Paul has lasted for years and was part of the reason the group split in 2017.
The twins got back together in 2021, giving fans hope that their differences were behind them. But the reunion was short-lived, and they fell out again in 2024.
The latest argument escalated when Peter accused Paul of teaming up with Jude to undermine him. He also claimed that Jude was involved in mismanaging P-Square's finances.
Peter alleged he found another company, Northside Music Limited, which he said was taking royalties meant for P-Square. He claimed this company was connected to Jude and his wife.
Paul defended Jude publicly and blamed Peter for the legal issues Jude was facing. In February 2025, Paul stated he supported Jude because he believed Jude knew the truth, adding that Peter was the one who put Jude in that legal situation.
Jude was later charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over claims involving N1.38 billion, $1 million, and £34,537.59. He pleaded not guilty.
Peter later testified against Jude, claiming that Jude secretly set up Northside Music Limited to collect money meant for P-Square. The financial dispute is still ongoing in court. In February 2026, during cross-examination, Peter admitted he was a co-signatory to the Northside Entertainment Limited account, which contradicted his earlier statement that Jude was the sole signatory.
The disagreement has also been visible in public, with Peter and Paul sharing different stories about their relationship and Jude’s part in the fall of P-Square.
Given this background, Henry’s recent comments seem like another effort from a member of the Okoye family to get the brothers to settle their differences. While hoping to see the family back together, Henry mentioned he has forgiven his siblings and urged them to move past their ongoing dispute.
