Nigerian comedian and actor, Julius Agwu, has shared that his penis stopped working after he had brain surgery in the United States in 2015.

Agwu talked about this in a recent episode of the Beer Parlour Talk Show, which was uploaded on Saturday. He discussed how the surgery affected his body, career, and personal life.

During the chat, the host asked if the brain condition or surgery changed anything else in his body, especially his sexual function.

Agwu replied, “After I do am, prick no dey work again now. He no dey work.”

Other guests on the show, including Mr Patrick, explained to Agwu that a nerve connected to the brain was involved in the procedure. They suggested that this nerve damage might be why he experienced the problems he described.

The talk focused on the part of the brain involved in the surgery and how the nerve was connected to it.

Agwu had the surgery in 2015 after doctors found three tumors in his brain. One of these tumors was reportedly the size of a golf ball.

The comedian has talked publicly about his health struggles before. He shared how the experience changed his life and career.

This latest revelation came at the end of the Beer Parlour Talk Show episode, where Agwu discussed a less talked-about effect of the surgery.

He also reflected on his impact on Nigerian comedy, especially his role in creating music comedy. “Music comedy na me form am o, that is to tell you how my brain dey work,” he said.

Agwu then broke down in tears as he spoke about his career. He expressed feelings of betrayal and abandonment. “God wey I dey serve, anybody wey get hand for wetin happen to me. I go dey look. My friends deserted me. They stopped talking to me, many of them. It is well,” he said.

The comedian remains a key figure in Nigeria’s comedy scene. He is known for blending music and comedy in his performances and for his work in Nollywood.
