The Nigeria Police Force, Zone One Command in Kano, is on the lookout for a 37-year-old man named Usman Ibrahim. He is wanted for alleged criminal conspiracy, cheating, criminal misappropriation, and conduct that may disturb public peace.
Ibrahim's job is unknown. The police describe him as having a dark complexion, a round face, and black eyes. This information comes from a police bulletin.
The bulletin was shared with PUNCH Online on Tuesday by Hussaini Abdullahi, the Public Relations Officer for the Zone One Police Command.
According to the police, Ibrahim’s last known address is No. 14, Layin Jaji-Majigama, in the Nasarawa Local Government Area of Kano State.
The notice was issued under the authority of the Inspector-General of Police. It asks anyone with information about Ibrahim's location to report to the nearest police station or to the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone One, Kano.
“The wanted notice was issued in reference to Force Directive CID No. 48. This directive explains the rewards for information that leads to the arrest of wanted persons,” the bulletin noted.
The police also encouraged anyone who sees Ibrahim to help with his arrest and take him to the nearest police station or the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone One, Kano. The bulletin highlighted his alleged offences, including criminal conspiracy, cheating, criminal misappropriation, and conduct likely to cause a breach of public peace.
