Nigerian music star Davido and his wife, Chioma Adeleke, have touched down in Marrakech, Morocco. They are there for the wedding of rapper Zlatan Ibile and his bride, Davita Lamai.
Davido shared their arrival on his verified Instagram Story on Thursday. The wedding celebration has attracted many big names from Nigeria’s entertainment scene.
As a close friend of Zlatan, Davido was among the special guests at the welcome party before the couple’s white wedding.
The event was filled with bright colors, upbeat music, and traditional Moroccan wedding practices. Zlatan and Davita made impressive entrances on decorated platforms called _amaria_, carried by attendants.
Davido looked sharp in a black tuxedo, a white shirt, a bow tie, a pocket square, and dark sunglasses. Chioma matched his style in a beautiful teal gown that reached the floor, adorned with jewels at the neckline, along with a matching headpiece and clutch.
The couple walked hand in hand through an arched entrance lit in purple. They stopped to greet guests as they entered the venue.
The celebrations in Morocco followed their traditional wedding, which took place in Lagos on October 24, 2026. Davido was a groomsman at that ceremony.
Chioma did not attend the Lagos event. Her presence in Marrakech with Davido was a significant highlight of the wedding celebrations.
