Manchester United's captain Bruno Fernandes and Manchester City's Khadija "Bunny" Shaw were the big winners at the 2026 Professional Footballers’ Association Awards. They were named the men’s and women’s Players’ Player of the Year on Tuesday.

These awards are voted for by professional footballers. They highlight the best individual performances in English football.
Nico O’Reilly from Manchester City won the men’s Young Player of the Year. Arsenal’s Olivia Smith took home the women’s Young Player of the Year award.
The ceremony took place at the Manchester Opera House. Legendary former Liverpool manager Sir Kenny Dalglish and former England international Karen Carney also received PFA Merit Awards.
