A masked guest known as Oga 9ja surprised newlyweds Peller and Jarvis with a ceremonial cheque of ₦10 million during their wedding reception on Saturday.
The guest wore a full pink elephant mascot costume, black sunglasses, a white agbada-style outfit, and coral beads. He made a grand entrance before handing over the oversized cheque to the couple.
The cheque, shown to guests and cameras, was made out to “Mr & Mrs Adelaja” and displayed a cash gift of ₦10,000,000 (Ten Million Naira Only).
Videos shared on social media captured the moment Peller and Jarvis received the gift. Guests cheered and recorded the moment. On-screen captions called it a “Massive wedding gift.”
After the presentation, Oga 9ja encouraged followers to visit a promotional website linked to a campaign about the couple’s future family.
The site, called “Peller’s Biggest Drop Yet,” invites fans to guess the gender of Peller and Jarvis’ first child. They can choose between a boy, girl, or twins before the official launch on August 14, 2026.
The website says participation is free. Those who make predictions can win cash prizes ranging from ₦100,000 to ₦250,000. Winners will be chosen through raffle draws. The platform also asks for users’ phone numbers for a “unique welcome offer” when the campaign starts.
This promotional campaign comes just hours after Peller and Jarvis had their glamorous white wedding in Lagos. The event attracted many celebrities, influencers, and business figures.
Among the guests was real estate mogul King Ochacho, who reportedly gifted the couple a mansion valued at ₦400 million in Abuja. Socialite Cubana Chief Priest also gave the couple ₦10 million.
