Nollywood Actor Owolabi Ajasa Confirms He Is Alive and Well

Veteran Nollywood actor Owolabi Ajasa, known for his famous police roles and the saying, "Ta lo pa chief?", has denied reports claiming he is dead.

Rumours about his death started spreading on social media after an obituary poster about him appeared online.

In a video posted on his Instagram page on Friday, Ajasa assured his fans that he is alive and in good health.

"I’m still much alive in good health," he said.

He also called out those spreading the false news, saying, "To everyone posting my obituary around, I’m saying back to the sender to you and your family."

Speaking to his fans in Nigeria and around the world, Ajasa said, "Good day everyone, my name still remains Owolabi Ajasa, your Nollywood police officer. I want to tell all my fans both in Nigeria and abroad that I’m still much alive. I’m alive, hale and hearty. There’s nothing wrong with me," he said.
