PSG and Arsenal Shine in 2025/26 Champions League Team of the Season

UEFA has shared the 2025/26 Champions League Team of the Season. Paris Saint-Germain led the selection, with Arsenal following closely behind.

This announcement comes after PSG beat Arsenal 4-3 on penalties to claim their second consecutive Champions League title on Saturday.

The team was revealed by UEFA on its website on Sunday. It includes five players from PSG.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, named Player of the Season, takes the left-wing position. Vitinha, who was named Player of the Match in the final, is also in midfield.

In defense, Marquinhos and Nuno Mendes made the cut, while Ousmane Dembélé is included in attack.

Arsenal has three players in the team. Bayern München contributed two players, and Atlético de Madrid has one.

In goal, David Raya from Arsenal is recognized as the goalkeeper of the season.

The defense includes Marcos Llorente from Atlético de Madrid, Marquinhos and Nuno Mendes from PSG, and Arsenal’s Gabriel.

In midfield, Michael Olise from Bayern München joins Declan Rice from Arsenal, Vitinha from PSG, and Kvaratskhelia from PSG.

The forward line features Ousmane Dembélé from PSG and Bayern München’s Harry Kane.
