Tinubu Celebrates Economic Gains on Independence Day

President Bola Tinubu used his 66th independence anniversary speech to talk about the economic successes of his government.

In a nationwide broadcast on Thursday morning, Tinubu said his government has made tough changes that are starting to show good results in the economy.

He mentioned that Nigeria's economy has grown by more than 4 percent. He also said that oil theft has decreased, inflation is down, and foreign reserves have been restored.
