Afrobeats star David Adeleke, who is better known as Davido, has called his wife, Chioma Adeleke, his "life coordinator." He said she helps him manage his money.
In a video that went viral on Wednesday, Davido was seen making a call to Chioma after he could not access his bank account. He wanted to send money to his personal assistant, Lati.
Davido asked his wife to send $4,000 to Lati for him.
"Hello, hello baby, good morning my wife, my love. Help me send Lati $4,000. I can’t login, I don’t know why, it's the service here. Alright. We’re taking off now to Naija, I love you," he said on the call.
When his official streamer, Davreltv, asked if his wife was now in charge of his finances, Davido agreed. He said this was because of how he spends money.
"So your wife has been managing the money?" the streamer asked.
"Of course, you know I’m a reckless spender. Na she dey arrange everything. Na my life coordinator be that," Davido replied.
