The UEFA Champions League kicks off again on Tuesday. Defending champions Paris Saint-Germain will take on Barcelona in a key match of matchweek three. On Wednesday, Bayern Munich will host Arsenal.
This two-day round of matches will also feature Manchester City against AEK Athens, Liverpool facing Villarreal, and Real Madrid going up against RB Leipzig. The competition continues with 36 teams, as reported by PUNCH Online from the UEFA website on Monday.
PSG will enter Tuesday’s game at Parc des Princes looking to build on their recent 4-2 win over Manchester City on October 14.
Barcelona, on the other hand, has won their first two matches, including a strong 4-1 victory away against Galatasaray. They will aim to keep their perfect record against the current European champions.
This match also sees Barcelona’s former coach Luis Enrique, now managing PSG, up against his old club.
On Wednesday, Bayern Munich will face Arsenal in another big match. Both teams come into this game with different results from their last European matches.
Arsenal won 3-0 against Lille, while Bayern had a tough 3-3 draw against Viking away from home.
This fixture is a chance for Arsenal to measure up against one of Europe’s top teams. Bayern will be looking to get back to winning ways in the tournament.
