Popular TikTok star, Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, has paid the bride price for his partner, Elizabeth Aminata, also called Jarvis. He announced this during a family introduction ceremony.
Peller shared a video of the event on his Instagram on Sunday. In the video, he wore traditional clothes, which included a white shirt and a George wrapper, along with red coral beads. Jarvis was dressed in a red wrapper, wearing matching coral accessories and a beaded crown.
He wrote on Instagram, “Today, I proudly paid the bride price of the woman I love.
“A beautiful journey has officially begun, and I’m grateful to both families for their blessings. She said ‘yes’ to forever, and now it’s time to build our future together.
“Officially off the market. #TradWedding #ForeverStartsNow #Jarpel2026.”
Both Peller and Jarvis have millions of followers. They became popular through TikTok and streaming content, which later turned into a romance.
The introduction ceremony happened just weeks after Peller proposed to Jarvis at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana, earlier this month. Jarvis accepted the proposal.
Videos of the engagement went viral. They showed Jarvis at the beachfront hotel, one of Accra’s top luxury spots, surrounded by beautiful lights and decorations.
This was the second time Peller proposed to Jarvis in public. In December 2024, he went down on one knee at a restaurant in front of family and friends.
That moment also went viral, but there was confusion when Jarvis called the ring a promise ring and said they were not ready for marriage yet.
Later, in July 2025, during an interview on Channels Television’s Rubbin’ Minds, she confirmed the engagement, saying it took her by surprise. “The engagement part. Yes, that’s true. He actually engaged me, shockingly,” she said.
In December 2025, Peller had a serious incident. He crashed his car during a TikTok livestream while upset about a breakup with Jarvis.
After this, the Lagos State Police arrested him but later released him. He then apologized to his fans.
Jarvis visited her mother soon after and said the relationship was “over for now.”
