Arsenal will play against 15-time European champions Real Madrid in the group stage of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League. Manchester City and Aston Villa will also go up against defending champions Paris Saint-Germain, based on the fixtures released by UEFA.
Arsenal, who lost last season’s final to PSG on penalties, will also have matches against Bayern Munich. They will face Borussia Dortmund, Real Betis, Lille, Napoli, Sabah, and Slavia Prague.
Manchester City will host PSG at the Etihad Stadium. They will also travel to Barcelona to play against former midfielder Rodri, who joined the Spanish team this summer. City will compete against Napoli, Sporting Club, Porto, RB Leipzig, AEK Athens, and Lens.
Aston Villa is back in the Champions League after one season away. They will host PSG and Borussia Dortmund. Villa will also travel to Barcelona and Galatasaray. Unai Emery’s team will face Club Brugge, Fenerbahce, Viking, and Slavia Prague.
Manchester United returns to the tournament after a two-year break. They will face Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Roma, Sporting Club, RB Leipzig, Villarreal, Sabah, and Como. Liverpool will host Atletico Madrid, Porto, Villarreal, and Lens. They will travel to Inter Milan, Club Brugge, Fenerbahce, and LASK.
The group stage is set to start on September 8, 2026. The last round of matches will take place on January 27, 2027.
The Champions League final will be held at the Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid on June 5, 2027.
