Four of Nigeria’s top music stars, Davido, Burna Boy, Rema, and Ayra Starr, are part of the official soundtrack for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
This exciting news came from FIFA Sound ahead of the tournament, which will take place in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
FIFA World Cup confirmed the lineup in a post shared on X on Tuesday. They revealed the artists featured on the official album, set to drop on June 5.
“The squad for the Official #FIFAWorldCup 2026™ Album is here! Pre-save for the album release on June 5. Stay tuned for more to come 👀,” the organization stated.
The tracklist from FIFA Sound shows that Afrobeats stars Rema, Davido, Ayra Starr, and Burna Boy will be featured alongside other big names in music. This highlights Nigeria's rising influence worldwide.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19. It will feature 48 teams competing in 104 matches over 39 days.
Mexico will kick off the tournament against South Africa at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City on June 11. Canada and the United States will begin their matches a day later in Toronto and Los Angeles, respectively.
The final match will take place at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on July 19.
