Dubois expects Fury to win against Joshua

Daniel Dubois has chosen Tyson Fury to win against Anthony Joshua when they fight on December 11. He admitted picking a winner was not easy.

Dubois, who beat Joshua in 2024, shared his thoughts with DAZN News before his own rematch with Fabio Wardley this weekend. He seemed unsure and said it was tough to decide who would win. He respected both fighters, wished them good luck, and hoped the best man would win on the night.

“I’ll pick Fury (to win), but it’s hard to even do that,” he said.

“Two veterans are going to have a big-money fight. To me, it’s not even a proper fight. It’s just business. Good luck to them and may the best man win.”

The fight will happen at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff and will be shown live worldwide on Netflix. Dubois described the event as a business deal rather than a real fight, with both veterans making big money. The World Boxing Association title is also expected to be on the line.

Fury, who is 36 years old, has a record of 36 wins, two losses, and one draw, with 25 knockouts. He retired after losing to Oleksandr Usyk but came back to win two fights in 2026 against Arslanbek Makhmudov and Mariusz Wach. His best wins are against Wladimir Klitschko and Deontay Wilder.

Joshua has 30 wins and four losses, with 27 knockouts. After losing to Dubois, he bounced back by beating Jake Paul. Sadly, a car crash later took the lives of his friends Sina Ghami and Latif Ayodele.

Joshua's comeback fight was against Kristian Prenga. Prenga knocked him down twice in the first round, but Joshua stopped him in the second. The winner of this fight could face other champions. Murat Gassiev holds the WBA regular title, Agit Kabayel is the World Boxing Council champion, and Filip Hrgovic has the International Boxing Federation belt.

Usyk is the Ring Magazine champion and seems to want just one more fight.
