One thing that has really helped me in life is a simple idea I have heard many times. It has become a key part of how I think.
The idea is clear: What does not kill you makes you stronger. Whatever you are going through, if it has not broken you, it can make you stronger.
This must be your way of thinking. It should shape how you act. It should guide how you deal with life. No matter what happens, if you are still here, there is still hope.
As long as you are alive, there is hope. So instead of letting fear, worry, and anxiety bring you down, decide to see each challenge as a chance to grow stronger.
Tell yourself: I will not let this defeat me. I will grow from this. Everything you face is either there to break you or to build you up, and how you respond will decide what happens next.
Choose to be stronger. Choose to overcome fear. Choose to learn from what you are facing. Always remember: What does not destroy you is helping you grow.
