Kira Taiwo remembers her father Ogogo, wishes he met her second child

Kira Taiwo, daughter of the late Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, known as Ogogo, has shared a heartfelt tribute about her father. She is still trying to cope with his passing and feels deep sorrow over his absence.

On her Instagram page, Kira expressed how hard it is to be without him. She wrote, "My daddy. THE BEST. I can’t even get a hug anymore… This is what heartbreak means, mehn."

Kira reflected on her wish that her father could have met her unborn child. She said she longed for more time with him. "I love you, Daddy, but I just wanted more time, more time, more timeeee to meet my second baby. Thank you ooo TAIYE," she said.

This tribute comes a few days after Kira shared a message she exchanged with her father before he died. In that exchange, Ogogo encouraged her to stay strong and not to cry.

He told her, "How are you? I heard you are crying. Seeing you and your sisters smile is making me strong. If you cry, it will make me sad, and I will start to think. Be strong. I am strong… don’t cry, my princess." This message was dated July 26.

Reports say that Ogogo passed away on August 23 at the age of 66 after battling stage-four cancer. His death has left a big hole in the hearts of his family and fans.
