MTN Launches Live it 100 Tour for Students

MTN Nigeria has kicked off the 2026 edition of its popular student program, the MTN Live it 100 Campus Tour. This initiative aims to empower students through learning, creativity, entertainment, and digital opportunities.

The company plans to visit seven universities across the South-West, North-West, South-East, South-South, and North-Central regions from June to November 2026.

MTN says this program is part of its ongoing efforts to support young Nigerians. They want to create meaningful experiences that match the students' aspirations, interests, and lifestyles.

Onyinye Ikenna-Emeka, MTN Nigeria’s Chief Marketing Officer, spoke about the program. She said the tour is designed to give students chances to learn, connect, express themselves, and enjoy unforgettable moments while staying linked to the digital world.

"Young Nigerians are shaping the future of our digital economy. We want to create platforms that help them learn, create, connect, and succeed. This tour shows our commitment to supporting students beyond just connectivity. We want to offer experiences that inspire innovation, creativity, and personal growth," she said.

According to a statement shared with Saturday Beats, the three-day event will include activities that cater to student interests. These activities will cover digital learning, creativity, entertainment, and rewards.

On the first day, there will be a Digital Game Village. This will feature video games, board games, silent party experiences, food and drinks, photo opportunities, SME showcases, product demos, device displays, and SIM registration and sales points.

The second day will have a Content Creation Forum. Here, aspiring creators will learn how to make high-quality digital content using their mobile devices. They will also explore ways to earn money from their creative work.

The day will end with a Cinema Experience where students can vote for and watch their favorite movie.

The last day will include a surprise celebrity guest and live performance, along with social media activities. MTN also revealed that a lucky student will win a brand-new car during the tour.
