Natasha Gets PDP Certificate and Calls for Supporters to Rally

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan got her Certificate of Return on Wednesday as the Peoples Democratic Party candidate for Kogi Central Senatorial District. This officially confirms her candidacy for the 2027 election.

The certificate was given during a ceremony that had important party figures like PDP National Chairman, Abdulrahman Mohammed, National Secretary, Samuel Anyanwu, and other candidates from the party.

After receiving the certificate, Akpoti-Uduaghan thanked the party leaders, delegates, and her supporters for their trust in her. She called this moment a call to greater service and responsibility.

She said, "This Certificate of Return is not just a document; it is a symbol of the trust and confidence that our party members and the people have placed in me. I accept it with humility, gratitude, and a renewed commitment to serve."

The senator, who currently represents Kogi Central in the Senate, promised to deliver effective representation and good governance. She also aims to create policies that will improve the lives of Nigerians.

She said, "The PDP remains a platform of hope for millions of Nigerians. We must continue to stand together, engage our communities, and work tirelessly to earn the trust and confidence of the people."

Akpoti-Udughan emphasized the importance of unity in the opposition party. She urged all members and supporters to stay focused on their common goal of providing leadership that is responsive to the people.

"Our responsibility as leaders and candidates is to inspire confidence through service, integrity, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of our people," she stated.
