Reality TV star Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, will fight actress Nkechi Blessing in a celebrity boxing match on October 1, 2026.
The match, called “Phyna vs Nkechi,” will take place at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos. It is part of the “Chaos in the Ring” series organized by Balmoral Group Promotions.
Balmoral Group Promotions and DAZN Boxing announced the event on Friday. Fans can watch the match live on DAZN and SuperSport.
The fight is sponsored by Bet9ja and adds to the list of celebrity boxing matches. Previous bouts have included stars like Portable, Charles Okocha, Speed Darlington, and Carter Efe.
Promotional flyers released by the organizers show Phyna and Nkechi in boxing outfits ahead of the October 1 event.
Details about the undercard and ticket sales have not yet been shared by the organizers.
