Ghana’s Seth "Freezy Macbones" Gyimah defeated Nigeria’s Godday "Zodsolo" Appah to win the WBO African Light Heavyweight Continental Championship. This match was the main event of a night filled with boxing, celebrity matchups, and knockouts at Chaos in the Ring. The event took place at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Thursday.

The main fight was exciting, with both fighters going for 10 tough rounds. Freezy showed great speed, moving quickly around the ring and landing punches before Appah could react. Appah stood his ground and fought back hard, pressing forward and throwing heavy shots.

The fight kept its high pace, with both boxers trading punches as the energy in the ring built up. The rivalry seemed to ease as the rounds went on, with both fighters showing respect for each other between exchanges.

After 10 rounds, the judges scored the fight 95-93, 95-93 and 94-94. Freezy Macbones won by unanimous decision and took home the title.

The celebrity matches brought their own fun. Skit maker Carter Efe and rapper Speed Darlington had one of the night's most entertaining fights. Efe mixed his punches with surprising dance moves during the fight. Meanwhile, Speed Darlington spent a lot of time protecting himself as Efe kept pushing and engaging the crowd.

Carter Efe was declared the winner and immediately aimed for a bigger challenge. He announced he wants to fight boxing legend Floyd Mayweather.

The female celebrity match between reality star Phyna and actress Nkechi Blessing got the loudest cheers of the night. Both women threw punches from the start, with neither willing to give up. What began as a fun celebrity match quickly turned into a fierce battle, with the audience reacting to every solid hit.

Phyna found her moment and knocked Nkechi Blessing out, ending the match with a strong victory.

The professional undercard also had several tough fights and stoppages. Israel Makinde won with a first-round knockout against Abiodun Muyideen. Basit "Joker Boy" Adebayo stopped Toheeb Kehinde in the sixth round. Michael "Killerboy" Babalola, Yusuf Adisa Adeniji, and Muibi Lekan also celebrated victories that night.
