Wonah Williams is Fans’ Player of the Month for September

Wonah Williams has been named the Nigeria Premier Football League Fans’ Player of the Month for September. He got the most votes from fans.

Williams received the award on Monday morning. He beat goalkeeper Dede Dare and defender Damian Chibueze to win this monthly honor.

In September, Williams had a great month. He helped the People’s Elephant earn seven points as they tried to bounce back from a tough start to the season.

His strong performances got him the support of fans, who voted for him over his teammates to acknowledge his efforts during the month.

Along with the award, Williams will get a cash prize of N100,000. This award celebrates the player whom fans believe made the biggest impact in that time.

Dare and Chibueze were the other players nominated for the September award.

This monthly initiative gives fans a chance to recognize individual performances in the team. They can vote for their favorite player.

Fans will have another chance to pick their favorite when the shortlist for October’s award comes out.
