Super Falcons stars Rasheedat Ajibade and Jennifer Echegini both scored to help Paris Saint-Germain earn a solid 3-1 win over Fleury in the Première Ligue on Sunday.
Echegini scored PSG's second goal in the 36th minute. She jumped high to head the ball home for her first goal of the season.
Ajibade then sealed the win in the 58th minute, increasing the lead with her third league goal this season. The Nigerian midfielder is in great form. She also scored in PSG's 5-0 win against OH Leuven in the UEFA Women’s Champions League on Thursday, bringing her total to two goals in two matches.
Fleury got one goal back late in the game, but PSG stayed strong to take all three points and maintain their perfect start in the league.
This win makes it four victories from four for PSG, with both Nigerians continuing to play key roles in the club's strong start to the season.
