Nollywood actress Annie Idibia has cleared the air about rumours that she has reunited with her estranged husband, music star Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba.
Annie spoke about the rumours in a post on her Instagram Stories on Monday. She said the videos that are causing the buzz are old and being taken out of context.
“Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere,” Annie wrote.
The talk about a possible reunion started on Friday, July 17, when an old video of the ex-couple sharing a sweet moment at a nightclub popped up on social media.
The video spread quickly online, leading many to believe that they might have rekindled their relationship.
But Annie’s post seems to have put an end to the speculation. She made it clear that the video people are sharing is not new.
Annie and 2Baba, who have two daughters together, announced their separation in January 2025 after being together for over ten years.
Since their split, 2Baba has moved on and is now married to Natasha Osawaru, a lawmaker from Edo State.
