Arsenal Wins Again, Beats Sunderland 2-0

Arsenal kept their winning streak alive with a tough 2-0 win against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Saturday.

The Gunners had to fight hard for the three points. Sunderland made it difficult for Mikel Arteta’s team, even though Arsenal had most of the ball.

David Raya was key in the 55th minute when he saved a penalty from Enzo Le Fée. This came after Ezri Konsa was called for bringing down Dan Ballard in the box.

Raya dived low to his left to keep the score level.

Just 121 seconds later, Arsenal took their chance. Substitute Bruno Guimarães showed his skill by curling a beautiful 20-yard shot off the bar and into the net. This gave Arsenal the lead.

This was Guimarães’ first goal for Arsenal, and it was special because of his past with Newcastle United, Sunderland’s big rivals.

Sunderland kept trying to equalise, but Raya stayed calm in goal. He made another key save late in the game as Sunderland looked for a way back.

Arsenal finally locked in their victory in the final moments. Bukayo Saka scored from the penalty spot after Reinildo Mandava fouled him. The Sunderland defender got a second yellow card and was sent off.

With this win, Arsenal has now won all six of their matches this season, including the first four in the Premier League.

Although Arsenal's attacking play was not at its best, their solid defense and individual performances helped them get the win.
