Burna Boy to Perform at 2026 NFL Game in Paris

Nigerian Afrobeats star Damini Ogulu, known as Burna Boy, will headline the halftime show at the 2026 NFL Paris Game.

The GRAMMY Award-winning artist will perform during the match between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, October 25, at the Stade de France in Paris.

The game is set for 2:30 p.m. Central European Summer Time, which is 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Burna Boy's performance is part of the NFL's international games for the 2026 season.

On Thursday, the National Football League announced that the Paris show will be one of seven halftime performances across its 2026 International Games, taking place in seven countries on four continents.

Burna Boy reacted to the news, saying it is special to return to the stadium for the NFL event after performing there before.

“Paris gave me one of the biggest nights of my career, and to walk back into Stade de France for a moment like this means everything,” he said.

“The NFL is bringing something to France that has never happened here before, and I get to stand in the middle of it representing African music. I intend to give the people a show they will not forget.”

Tim Tubito, the NFL’s Senior Director of Global Game Presentation, Music and Entertainment, said Burna Boy is a great fit for the league's first game in France.

“The first NFL game in France deserves a halftime moment that matches the occasion, and there is no artist better suited to it than Burna Boy,” Tubito stated.

He mentioned that Burna Boy's previous performance at the Stade de France and his link to African music make his return especially meaningful for the event.
