Four sisters have honored their mother in a touching ceremony after all of them became lawyers. This happened just days after the 2026 Call to Bar ceremonies.
A video that has been shared shows the sisters in full legal attire, wearing black robes and white wigs. They are kneeling on a platform inside a photography studio to pay tribute to their mother.
The video, titled, “POV: You raised four daughters and every single one became a lawyer,” was shared by the sisters on Sunday on their Instagram accounts @jesudunmolonge, @thejesuferanmilonge, @jesupologo__ and @jesusepataki__bola.
In the video, their mother is seen in a pink lace outfit, walking towards the platform to greet them. As she gets closer, the sisters remain on their knees. The words, “Mummy, We are grateful,” appear on the screen.
Their mother gently touches each of their heads in a blessing before helping them stand up. The family then celebrates together, dancing and smiling. The video ends with one of the sisters doing a solo dance in her legal outfit.
While sharing the video, the sisters wrote, “The proudest title isn’t MUM. It’s ‘Mother of four lawyers.'”
This tribute comes just days after the 2026 Call to Bar ceremonies, which took place from July 7 to July 10 at the Body of Benchers Complex in Abuja. During this event, thousands of law graduates were admitted to the Nigerian Bar after finishing their professional legal training.
The video has sparked lots of reactions on social media. Many people are praising the family's show of gratitude and celebrating how their mother raised four daughters who all became lawyers.
