German striker, Kai Havertz, scored the only goal for Arsenal as they defeated Liverpool 1-0 at Anfield on Sunday.
Arsenal took the lead in the 16th minute when Havertz tapped in a low cross from Declan Rice. This happened after Liverpool struggled to clear the ball from their defense.
Mikel Arteta's team defended strongly and secured their first Premier League win at Anfield in 14 years.
This victory puts Arsenal at the top of the table with 24 points. They are ahead of Manchester City, who have 21 points after losing at home to Brighton and Hove Albion on Saturday.
The loss leaves Liverpool nine points behind Arsenal, sitting in fifth place.
