The My Tasty Naija Food Festival is coming back to the United Kingdom for its second edition. This time, it will be bigger, moving from just London to include Manchester after the success of last year's event in 2025.

The organisers say this year’s festival will take place in both cities. This shows their commitment to celebrating Nigerian food, culture, and community abroad.

A statement shared with Saturday Beats revealed that the London event is set for Saturday, July 5, 2026, at Eutopia Warehouse. Meanwhile, the Manchester event will happen on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Nigerian House Manchester.

Abass Tijani, who is also known as DJ Abass, is the one behind the festival. He said they started it to showcase Nigerian food and culture while reaching out to more people in the UK and beyond.

“Our YouTube show features Nigerian restaurants from London and across the UK. The goal is to take the festival experience to different cities each year and eventually to Nigeria and other parts of the world,” he explained.

This year’s festival is expected to attract around 3,000 people in London and 1,500 in Manchester. This number shows the rising interest in Nigerian food experiences outside Nigeria.

Visitors can look forward to many activities. These include food exhibitions, live music, cultural displays, networking chances, and the return of the My Tasty Naija Junior Chef Competition and Food Competition.
