You claimed our President was SMUGGLING drugs into America: this is not true. Show proof.

You said our President was INDICTED for drug smuggling in America: this is not true. Show proof.

You said our President was CONVICTED for drug smuggling in America: this is not true. Show proof.

In 2003, Michael H Bonner from the American Consulate in Nigeria wrote to Inspector General of Police Tafa Balogun that an FBI NCIC check on Tinubu was “negative for any criminal arrest records, wants, or warrants.”

This does not match your claim that he was arrested, wanted, or convicted in America for drug smuggling.

If you have any indictment or conviction, please show it.

Spreading a paid brief from Atiku’s lobbyist does not turn a 1993 civil forfeiture into a criminal verdict.

You keep spreading the falsehood that President Tinubu was a drug smuggler after being paid by Waziri Abubakar Atiku.

A paid brief can share a civil file; it cannot create an indictment or a conviction that the 2003 NCIC check said was not there.

Continuing from my essay about you on September 8 titled, “Who is Karl Ikemefuna Von Batten and What is He Hiding?” let me share more truths with you here.

You are a nobody who is not known or recognized anywhere, even in your adopted country, America.

If there was ever a “Mr Nobody,” it is you, yet you try very hard to make it seem otherwise.

You give the false impression that you are credible, but that is far from the truth.

Think about your wife whose original name was Kathy Grier. For reasons only she knows, she changed it to Liz Blazevich.

A few years later, she changed her name again from Liz Blazevich to Elizabeth Von Batten to suggest she has German roots.

Your name was Ikemefuna Okeke, an Igbo name, showing your Nigerian background.

You followed your wife's lead and changed it to ‘Karl Von Batten’ to make it look like you are married to someone with German ancestry.

Changing names is fine, but in your case, it seems you did so to hide the fact that you were indicted by an American court in 2003.

The biggest irony is that you use at least nine different names and claim to have graduated from five different universities, but there is no proof of any.

You accuse others of being corrupt and drug smugglers while you lack credibility yourself.

You keep calling yourself ‘Dr’ even though there’s no record of you earning a doctorate from any university.

I do not have much time for you, but let me say this before I move on.

The biggest honor you have received in your life is being acknowledged by me.

You do not have the relevance to attract attention from the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Your rants on social media are mostly ignored, and those who notice you see you as a minor annoyance or sometimes entertaining.

Your complaints about an old 1993 civil forfeiture case involving bank accounts belonging to President Tinubu are just attempts to justify the money you are getting from Atiku.

He has paid you $1.2 million to discredit President Tinubu, and it seems you want more.

I don’t know how you managed to fool him. The Atiku I knew 23 years ago was sharp and would have seen through you quickly.

Whatever happened, he made his choice, even though the Mambilla Hydroelectric Power Project matter shows he has some explaining to do.

His hiring someone like you to attack his former friend, the President, does not reflect well on his judgment.

I will end with this.

I heard you said I want to either kill or kidnap you.

Your so-called ‘evidence’ is a tweet I posted on X on September 20. Since you saw it, you have been hiding under your bed.

I encourage everyone interested to read the tweet and see if it is a threat to your life.

Considering you are not well educated, I understand your grasp of English might not be great. But your understanding of my post is way off.

For the record, nobody wants to “kill” or “kidnap” you, as you and your group claimed on X, so stop whining. It is pathetic.

I do not kill people or kidnap them. I expose liars and fraudsters who try to smear the President and the government I support.

I work within the law and will continue to do so. I will engage you as long as I want.

Feel free to report me to the Pope or anyone else if that makes you feel better; I couldn't care less.

You, like everyone else, must answer to the law, especially when you break our Cybercrime Act by spreading lies about our government and leaders.

Other than reporting you to the right security agencies, I wish you no harm. If you have done nothing wrong, you should fear nothing from our courts.

Being American does not give you the right to break our laws. You cannot silence or intimidate me with your threats.

We have a democratically elected government guided by laws, not threats.

There is no conspiracy or plot against you. Those thoughts are just in your head.

Your wild conspiracy theories have clearly affected your thinking.

No matter what the strange voices in your head tell you, remember you are not James Bond but just a lobbyist who drops names and threatens every Nigerian who disagrees with you.

The irony is that you are the predator, not the victim. You insult others and provoke them, and when they respond, you act like a child.

You are just a schoolyard bully who cannot take what you dish out.

You hide behind a firm and threaten every Nigerian who questions you with court cases in America and reports to various American authorities.

Please understand that you are not the only one with access to lawyers and courts. You are dealing with someone from a long line of educated people.

When my great-grandfather graduated from Durham University in 1893 and became an Anglican priest, yours were still in the jungle.

You cannot intimidate me with anyone or anything. I fear only God. Know this and be at peace.

As long as you tell lies, anyone with the time can respond to you, and I will do so as I see fit.

Unlike you, I am proud of my nation and my heritage. I do not have low self-esteem and I do not run from a fight.
