Youth Teams Set for TFA Future Liga 2026 Finals

More than 100 youth football teams took part in the playoff stages of the TFA Future Liga 2026. Now, 18 teams have secured spots in the grand finale.

The final matches will take place from August 24 to 29, 2026. The competition will feature U-11 and U-13 categories in a 6-a-side format.

The teams that made it to the finals include PASS FA, Blazer Football Academy, The Future Academy, FIT Youngsters Sports Academy, Mainlander FC, Bright Future Stars, Young Stars FA, Elite Touch FA, Varsity FA, Fortune FA, Strong Dove Football Academy, Excellent Star Football Academy, Adhoc Football Academy, Gaiters FC, and Dazzle FC. These teams complete the list of 18 finalists.

The organisers mentioned that the playoffs were a chance for teams to compete for their places in the grand finale.

"More than 100 teams began the journey. Each academy arrived with talented young players, ambitious coaches and the belief that they could go all the way," the organisers said in a statement.

"The playoffs provided a competitive pathway for teams to test themselves and fight for their place on the biggest stage of the Future Liga.

For many of these young players, this will be their first chance to compete at this level against various academies and football programmes."

The grand finale will gather all 18 finalists from August 24 to 29. The young players are set to fight for trophies in their age categories.
