Nigerian singer Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, known as Zlatan, and his partner Davita Lamai have hinted that they will soon celebrate their wedding.

They shared the news in a video on X on Monday. The couple was seen talking to friends and colleagues while on their way to the wedding of businessman and music executive Soso Soberekon.

During the trip, singer Teni caught everyone's attention by saying, "So Zlatan and his wonderful wife are going to be having their wedding."

Davita then spoke to everyone on board, saying, "I just want to extend an invite to everyone. I’d love to have you all there. It will be so nice to have everyone there."

The couple did not share the date or venue for the wedding. Still, their announcement received applause and congratulatory messages from fellow passengers.

This news comes after months of speculation about their relationship. Earlier reports had said they secretly got married, but Zlatan denied it, stating that Davita is just the mother of his child.

Even after his comments, discussions about their relationship continued online. People noticed family photos where they wore matching rings. Fans also saw that Davita changed her Instagram profile to include the surname Omoniyi.
