Actress and media personality Nancy Isime has shared a thought-provoking view. She believes that truly loving children might sometimes mean deciding not to bring them into the world due to life's difficulties.
Isime shared her thoughts during a recent chat on the Thanks For Coming podcast. This discussion started trending on X on Tuesday. She was responding to a question about how many children she wants to have.
According to Isime, the challenges people face in life made her rethink whether having kids is always the right choice.
"You know the craziest thing about loving children? I feel like if you really love children, you wouldn’t want to bring them into the world," she stated.
She posed some tough questions, saying, "Are you not suffering today? Is Earth not ghetto? Are you not going through a lot? Don’t you wish some days that you were not born? Did you ask to be here? Thank you, I rest my case."
Even with her strong views, Isime mentioned that she hasn't completely ruled out becoming a parent one day.
"No, everybody has to suffer, they will come and suffer their own, they’re not gonna escape it," she added.
