Four of Nigeria’s top music stars, Davido, Burna Boy, Rema and Ayra Starr, are part of the official soundtrack for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The four artists are featured on the exciting album announced by FIFA Sound before the tournament. The World Cup will take place in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

FIFA World Cup confirmed the lineup in a post on X on Tuesday. The post revealed the artists on the official album set to drop on June 5.

“The squad for the Official #FIFAWorldCup 2026™ Album is here! Pre-save for the album release on June 5. Stay tuned for more to come 👀,” the organization wrote.

The tracklist from FIFA Sound shows that Afrobeats stars Rema, Davido, Ayra Starr, and Burna Boy will share the stage with some of the biggest names in music. This highlights Nigeria’s rising influence in the global music scene.

The album will be released through FIFA Sound and Universal Music on June 5. It will be available on major streaming platforms and also in physical format.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19. It will feature 48 teams competing in 104 matches over 39 days.

Mexico will play South Africa in the first match at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City on June 11. Canada and the United States will start their games a day later in Toronto and Los Angeles, respectively.

The final match will happen at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on July 19.
