Fuji musician Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, known as KWAM 1 or K1 De Ultimate, has caught attention on social media. This happened after a video showed him singing about "unnecessary pregnancy" during a performance, just days after a woman accused him of leaving her and their 12-year-old daughter.

PUNCH Online reports that the drama started after an interview with Ogechi Eleana aired on Feel Right TV. In the interview, she claimed KWAM 1 refused to take care of their daughter, Azeezat.

Eleana, who graduated from Lagos State University, said she worked as KWAM 1’s manicurist and pedicurist before they became involved.

She mentioned they dated for over seven years, and during that time, she got pregnant with Azeezat. When she told the Fuji star about the pregnancy, she said he urged her to terminate it and promised to send money through one of his aides for the abortion.

However, Eleana claimed the money never came. After deciding to keep the pregnancy, she said the singer stopped communicating with her.

She eventually sought help from the late Kabiru Agbabiaka, who allegedly called KWAM 1 on her behalf while they were at a palace. "When the girl was a year plus, I went to Kabiru Agbabiaka. He was alive then. We went to the palace and he called Wasiu on phone but he lied against me on the phone," she explained.

Eleana also shared that she visited KWAM 1’s late mother, who became emotional upon seeing Azeezat. "His mother saw us, she looked at this baby and started tears. That was the first time I was seeing Wasiu Ayinde’s mother. She said, 'I am still alive and I have given birth to myself.' The girl took the face of the mother."

During the same interview, Azeezat claimed she last saw her father on July 30, 2025, in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. She said he denied knowing them. She pleaded for financial help from him.

"I heard that my father is a billionaire, if not a trillionaire. I was told that he has money. He should help me. I am tired. Things are not working. Tell him to help me," she said.

KWAM 1 performed at the 10th coronation anniversary of the Onikate of Ikate, Oba Lateef Adams. A video of this performance has gone viral online. Although the performance was soon after the allegations came out, KWAM 1 did not say that the song was aimed at the woman or her claims.

While on stage, the Fuji musician told the audience, "On your phone, turn on Bluetooth. Go to TikTok, then go to Facebook." He then sang, "Anybody who has an unnecessary pregnancy is just like a giveaway."

As the crowd reacted, he added, "These children, don’t kill me. Go and say it on TikTok."

KWAM 1 did not directly respond to the paternity claim or specifically address Eleana’s allegations that he abandoned her and their daughter.
