Neche Leaves BBNaija House for Personal Reasons

Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemate, Neche, has left the reality TV show due to personal issues, the organisers have confirmed.

The production team announced this in a statement on Monday after Neche's unexpected exit from the show on Sunday.

They said Neche chose to leave and mentioned that personal matters needed her immediate attention.

"Neche took this decision as a result of pressing personal matters, which she said required immediate attention," the statement said.

This news came right after Sunday’s live eviction show. Neche, who was the Head of House that week, gathered the other housemates in the lounge and told them she would be leaving the competition.

She did not explain her reasons to the other contestants at that moment, leaving some of them emotional.

Neche then took off her microphone and name tag before going to the diary room to finish her exit process.

Her sudden departure caused a stir among fans, with some thinking it might be a prank or a twist from the show's organisers.

But the organisers have now made it clear that her exit was voluntary and due to personal reasons.

The production team praised Neche for her time on the show, highlighting her significant wins and achievements.

"We applaud Neche’s energy and commitment to the show, which was evident from her notable wins and achievements in the house," the statement said.

While they expressed sadness about her leaving, the organisers said they respected her choice and wished her well after the show.

"While we are sad to see her leave the house, we respect her decision and wish her continued success in her endeavours," they said.

The organisers also mentioned that Neche is still part of the BBNaija family and expressed hope for her future after the show.

"She remains part of the BBNaija family, and we look forward to seeing all that she will achieve beyond the show," the statement added.
