Galatasaray has cut down their asking price for Victor Osimhen to €65 million. This change comes after interest from Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia, according to Turkish news outlet Haberler, which cited Sky Sports.

Al Hilal has reportedly contacted the Turkish champions to discuss the terms of a possible deal for the Nigerian player. Osimhen just moved permanently to Galatasaray from Napoli after a successful loan period.

Haberler stated that Galatasaray is still open to selling Osimhen. The club is asking for €65 million if someone agrees to their price.

The report also mentioned that the final choice is up to Osimhen. Al Hilal needs to persuade him to move to Saudi Arabia, in addition to settling terms with Galatasaray.

Al Hilal is said to be looking to make space in their squad for Osimhen by letting go of Karim Benzema. The Saudi club is expected to step up talks with Osimhen’s representatives in the next few days.

If he stays in Turkey, Osimhen is likely to lead Galatasaray in their bid for a third consecutive Super Lig title. Bookmakers Sportingbet still consider the Istanbul team as the favorites at odds of 2.00. Fenerbahce follows at 2.75, Besiktas at 7.00, and Trabzonspor at 12.00.

Osimhen has scored 59 goals in 74 appearances since joining Galatasaray. He is now facing fresh competition in the league after Trabzonspor signed Mohamed Salah to team up with Paul Onuachu. Meanwhile, Fenerbahce has strengthened their attack by bringing in Mason Greenwood and Romelu Lukaku.
